Yes. We have gluten-free crusts available. They are made by Udi’s and taste delicious. Our gluten-free crusts are available at the Grant Park Farmers Market and by special requests at our catered events. While we do offer gluten-free pizzas, our environment is not allergy free. For those allergic to gluten, unfortunately, we have flour in our prep area and in the oven.
Yes. We offered vegan pizza choices. We can have Daiya cheese available by special request, but if you want to go vegan, we recommend our pizzas be served cheeseless. Our delicious, homemade tomato sauce and freshest veggies available make for delicious pizza, cheese or not. Our dough does not contain any egg or dairy products.
The oven can get to be over 1000 degrees Fahrenheit. We generally cook pizzas at about 800 degrees.
If the oven is starting from ambient temperature, it takes 1.5-2 hours to be come fully preheated. Fortunately, our wood-fired oven is very insulted an holds heat for up to 2 days after it is used reducing reheats times dramatically.
The total weight of the oven and fully load trailer is about 3500lbs.
We make every effort to serve and make your event the best possible. We can serve in light rain and wind. There are circumstances where extreme weather can cause a cancellation and those are listed in our catering contract.
We cook with oak. Generally, it is white oak.
We are fully mobile. We bring our pizzas to a variety of farmer’s markets and private events around metro Atlanta. Check out our schedule to see where we are.
The oven is from Italy. It was assembled and mounted on the trailer in Boulder, Colorado.
We are S and J. Sarah and Jonathan have been hands on with the business from the first pie in 2010 up until now. Each ball has been hand rolled by Jonathan and Sarah can be seen tossing dough at numerous events throughout the year.

No. Technically, we are not a food truck. All of our cooking is done out in the open, where you can experience our kitchen and oven like no other food truck or caterer in Atlanta.

No. We don’t take individual orders at catered events. We are able to take some special requests. Of course, there are always exceptions to the rule so if your event is unique, let us know.
Yes, we offer very sturdy compostable tree-free paper plates, napkins, and plasticware. These are included in the price of you pizza, appetizer, or salad.

Yes. Our base price is for our food to be served buffet style. For a small charge, we can offer passed hors d’oeuvres and/or servers for your event.

Yes, we bring our pizza to events all around the state of Georgia.
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date and collect the balance the day of the event. We will send you an electronic invoice that allows you to pay the deposit online, or you can mail us a check.
We serve for an hour and half for almost every event. Some larger events will have a longer service window. Additional service time is available for a small charge. In addition to our service window, we are onsite for about 2 hours before service and 30 minutes after to cleanup.
Our oven is routinely around 800 degrees while we are cooking pizzas. Our individual sized, market pies cook in about 90 secs, and our large 16″ pizzas cook in about 2 minutes.
At catered events, our pizzas are prepped and cooked onsite. It takes about 3-4 minutes for each pie to be tossed, topped and cooked.

We have served events from 20 to 250 people. We customize our setup and speed to match each unique event.
Our personal chef service allows us to serve parties from 1-25 people.

No. Our schedule varies each week. Check out our most recent schedule updates here. We have market each Saturday from April to December but it varies which one. Most Sunday’s from April to December, we will be at the Grant Park Farmer’s Market.
