Starting at $12 per person

We bring our mobile wood-fired oven to you. We make large, 16″ pizzas using our current market menu. If there is another ingredient that you would like- no problem- just let us know.

We bring more than enough pizza to feed your guests and serve on compostable plates and napkins.

We offer a full-range of wood-fired pastas, appetizers and salads all made with local ingredients and prepared on-site. Starting at $3 per person

Appetizers:

Charcuterie and Cheese Plate - assorted local salamis and cheeses
Meatballs - Grass-fed beef with pastured pork and spices served with a delicious homemade sauce
Wood-fire seared Shrimp - Sweet Georgia shrimp seared in the wood-fired oven with oregano, garlic and Calabrian chile
Stuffed Mushrooms - Portobello mushroom caps stuffed with spinach, bread crumbs, italian sausage, garlic, mozzarella and provolone cheeses
Garlic Bread - roasted garlic from the oven, butter, and seasonings
Cheese Bread - roasted garlic from the oven, butter, mozzarella and provolone cheeses, seasonings
Pretzels - made with our homemade pizza dough, garlic butter and romano cheese with pesto and tomato sauces for dipping
Bruschetta - an assortment of toasted french bread with the following:
- fresh tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic
- wood-fire roasted peppers with olive oil and handmade mozzarella
- cannelloni beans with arugula and extra virgin olive oil
Spinach and Artichoke Dip - Jonathan's secret hot, creamy spinach and artichoke dip served with toasted bread for dipping
Flatbreads - an assortment of crispy flatbreads featuring S and J's signature dough cooked with olive oil and seasonings and then topped with some of the following:
- coppa, arugula and black pepper
- roasted garlic, ricotta, spinach and balsamic drizzle
- sauteed mushrooms with carmelized onions and shaved Parmesan Reggiano
Oven-fired Georgian Sausages - A sampling of some of the best sausages you will ever taste. Featuring the top qualities of Georgia grown meat and local butchers

Wood-fired Pastas:

Rustic Georgia Meats - baked penne pasta with local Italian pork sausage and free-range chicken breast sautéed in a sweet marsala reduction and finished with a bathe of cream and fresh rosemary
Vodka and Veggies - mixed wild mushrooms sautéed with garlic and roasted red peppers then baked with penne pasta and a vodka cream sauce and finished with fresh rosemary and grated Parmesan Reggiano

Salads:

Caesar - crisp romaine hearts with homemade herbed croutons, shaved parmesean, coarse black pepper, and Caesar dressing,
Greek - romaine/ iceberg mix with feta, black olives, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and banana peppers with greek vinaigrette
Spring Salad - mixed field greens with toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, and blue cheese with raspberry vinaigrette
Market Salad - Chef's choice of in-season produce with a light vinaigrette
Panzanella - a mixture of farm-fresh vegetables including different varieties of squash, peppers and tomatoes that are grilled and toasted grilled ciabatta bread and tossed is a lemon vinaigrette
Caprese - fresh tomatoes, basil, buffalo mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper
