Back From the Rockies

So, Colorado is awesome. Sarah and I just got back this week from Boulder Colorado after spending 4 days there. We attended a workshop put on by the company, The Fire Within, that produces our ovens and trailers. We learned all kinds of great things including trailer specs, business knowledge, how to use the oven, and some great recipes. The oven and trailer look great in person.

It is so amazing that S & J's Woodfired Pizza is gonna be up and running. The versatility of our wood-fired oven is crazy. It is an oven, cooktop, bropiler and bbq all in one. I will be able to cook you a fresh loaf of bread, then an egg, then a pizza for lunch, and then a paella for dinner. I can’t wait to get going. The culinary spirit inside of me is flying with ideas and thoughts on how to make the most out of our wood-fired oven. For those who have never had wood-fired pizza, you are in for a treat. The pizza is awesome and just like Pringles, 1 is not enough. We are weighing our options and see what will work best for us, and I’ll keep you updated as to what type of oven we order and when it will arrive. We plan to order this week so hopefully you don’t fall off the edge of your seat waiting cause that will make 2 of us.
